Annalise.ai medical imaging AI solutions were created from our vision to relieve the pressure on radiologists and healthcare providers to diagnose patients accurately and at speed, caused by accelerated growth in medical imaging and an undersupply of healthcare workers.
It takes a blend of clinical thinking and advanced technological capabilities to create meaningful change. That’s hard to find, but we were up for the challenge.
We created three cutting-edge diagnostic support solutions that are now available to one in three Australian radiologists alongside clinics in Europe, APAC, UK and the US. Our solutions help address radiology imaging challenges based on volume and criticality, giving clinicians vital support to act quickly and help save lives.

Thanh An island is located 70km east of Ho Chi Minh, and home to nearly 5,000 people. For medical treatment, people often have to travel to the mainland by boat, taking at least 1-2 hours. In November 2022, we partnered with ASIF and Fujifilm to deliver a portable X-ray machine equipped with Annalise CXR Edge for immediate AI decision-support helps improving health care within this community.
Goma, located in the northeast of the DRC, near the Rwandan border has a population of nearly 1 million people. In addition to being located in a geographically challenging region, bordered by the active volcano Mount Nviragongo, experiencing limnic eruptions, Goma has been the site of intermittent fighting for decades, with UN peacekeepers present. In partnership with the Sonic Foundation, we’re aiming to deploy Annalise Enterprise at Heal Africa Hospital in Goma.
Harrison.ai is a global health technology company headquartered in Sydney. It was founded by brothers Aengus and Dimitry Tran, who were born into a family of two maths teachers in Vietnam. From an early age, they were taught maths, computer science and programming. The brothers moved to Australia in the early 2000s to continue their studies. Here, Dimitry met Paul Ramsay, AO, founder of Ramsay Health Care. The encounter would change their lives forever.
While studying medicine at UNSW, Aengus realised that to scale up, the medical industry needed pioneering technologies. The technology medicine needed was artificial intelligence.
Having seen the healthcare disparity in Vietnam, Aengus and Dimitry launched Harrison.ai in 2018 and partnered with I-MED, the third largest private network of radiology clinics in the world, to create comprehensive decision-support radiology AI solutions, to help address radiology imaging challenges.
The first solution, Annalise Enterprise CXR is one of the world’s most comprehensive AI clinical decision-support solutions for chest X-rays and can identify up to 124 findings. It was researched, developed and commercialised within 18 months.
By partnering with leading healthcare organisations, Harrison.ai creates AI solutions that support clinical excellence and better patient outcomes across the globe. The solutions are now available to one in three radiologists in Australia and clinics in Europe, UK, APAC and US.
Our ambition is to impact a million lives per day by 2025. We’re already impacting a million lives per year, so we need to get that down to a million lives per month, then weekly, then daily. This is my personal KPI.
